Second Phase:
Second phase will involve development of special modules and hardware that will be used in actual election process. Some of the specialized hardware can be…
1. Touch screen PCs that will allow voter to vote digitally.
2. Finger print identifiers.
3. Vote printer for physical votes.
4. Secured and wired network to ensure “One voter One vote” strategy
5. Transportation and data collection.

This phase will also ensure a proper development of software modules which will cover few of the following modules.
1. Election Candidate Management
2. Voter Management
3. Vote Booth Management
4. Voter identification and voting process.
5. Database synchronization
6. Vote printing
7. Results
This phase is of crucial importance and hens a lot of training and simulations will undergo before it is used in real world.

This system should have potential to upgrade to accommodate general census or for creating social security system which can also aid in tax collection.


ACSA feel that it is very important to have this system because though electronic registration, the collected data will not only be used for the elections but will be used for way many projects in future. We will be more then happy to provide our consultancy services to the election office in this regard.
