Philosphy:
The main aim of the struggle started by ACSA is to train Afghans to be experts in ICT who can think on a global scale, who are well acquainted with the environment they live in and who are capable of forming mature individual relationships.

In this context the basic approach is to aim for the scientific, multidimensional and full development of the individual and to render him/her functionally in the society, and thus to prepare him/her for a world, which is undergoing a rapid and dramatic change and transforming itself from the fictional society to the industrial, informative and computerized society; therefore it is our aim to prepare the Afghan nation for these challenges of the 21st century.

Undoubtedly this means educating the new generation to be individuals who can think productively, creatively and scientifically, who are inquisitive and meticulous, who can express themselves, who have self-confidence, and who are ready to take their place in the society as independent and free individual with a participatory mentality and role. As the world is collapsing to a global village and every thing is available on fingertips and this is all because of the modern technology, the aim is to make available Afghan to contribute to this village as an active participant. And this is all achievable only if the Afghan nation owns the knowledge of modern technology.

Our aim is not only to furnish Afghans with information but to make them grasp and assimilate the knowledge they have acquired in order to enable them to use it through analysis and synthesis and to question and evaluate things and events. In other words, the main aim is to teach them how to serve Afghanistan and international community.
