Procedure to get the License:
In order to get the license as ISP in Afghanistan, you have to contact the Telecom Regulatory Board of Afghanistan; the TRB will provide you with the application form, which will need the business plane, financial background and technical information regarding your ISP project. Based on these information you will be allotted or rejected the license.
