CONSTITUTION OF THE Afghan Computer Science Association :

I. NAME

The Association shall be known as the “Afghan Computer Science Association, (also known by the acronym ACSA); hereinafter referred to as the Association.

2. REGISTERED OFFICE

The Registered Office of the Association shall be in Kabul, Afghanistan.

3. DEFINITIONS

3.1 "The Association" means the Afghan Computer Science Association

3.2 "The Council" means the Council for the time being of the Afghan Computer Science Association

3.3 “Core Members” These are the individuals who were the founders of the Association and those members who remained Member for at least 2 year.

3.4 “Members” An individual is eligible for Membership if he/she holds a Bachelor Degree in IT, has practical experience in IT for a minimum of 4 years. And has remained an Associate for at least one year.

3.5 “Associates” An individual is eligible to become an Associate if he/she holds diploma or Certificates in IT, which is acceptable to the association or has qualified the examination of the association or has been associated with a profession in the field of IT for minimum period of 2 years
