  The magazine, which publishes 6 times a year after each couple of months, was launched in 2000 and circulated 4 issues in 2000 and 2001.

1: ICT Policy Round Table March 2003 Istiqlal High School, Kabul
The two main objectives of the roundtable were, the presentation of the policy paper and to raise fund for the follow up to some of the projects in line with the policy paper.

The event was mainly organized in to two sections one was the presentations and the second was the working groups.
